Toska pulp processing

Introduction of a company

The main composition of paper is a chemical filament molecule called cellulose, which is the main ingredient in plants, especially needle-leaved trees. With the increasing need for paper, the use of wood has become alarmingly widespread and the increasing consumption of wood and paper products in our country, amounting to 1.5 million tons annually, has caused Exit millions of dollars of foreign currency to address domestic shortages.
However, one of the most important sources of lignocellulose from non-wood raw materials is waste from agricultural cereal crops such as sugarcane pulp, palm shoots and wheat straw. This is unfortunately wasted due to lack of technical knowledge and sufficient number of factories Instead, the country’s pristine forests are being cut and destroyed. In many European countries, the use of straw for pulp production is already well advanced. For example, in countries such as Denmark, Greece, the Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Spain and Yugoslavia where wood supplies are scarce and relying heavily on imports, the industry has become increasingly popular. In addition, in some developing countries, such as Argentina, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Turkey, they have resorted to using residues of crops, especially straw, due to limited timber resources.
It should be noted that according to the FAO, there are 30-35% of waste in Iranian agricultural products, which is estimated to be worth $ 3-5 billion.
Therefore, our beloved country with one of the rich and intermittent climate is one of the rich countries in agricultural waste, which with Proper use of its waste can be a huge help in the pulp and paper industry.
one of the best ways of promoting employment in rural areas and preventing over-migration, reducing agricultural waste, increasing value added and socio-economic development of rural areas, increasing non-agricultural incomes in rural areas, and in particular achieving the slogan of “resistance economy” is the creation and development of agricultural conversion and complementary industries that is an opportunity for the farmer itself.
For this purpose, Teska Paper Processing Company was established in 1395 with the support of Omid Jalin International Economic Village and Investment of Takad Omid Jalin Company. The company in line with its “resistance economy” policies was founded in order to protect the environment and create employment while aiming at utilizing agricultural waste, and pristine pulp needed by the relevant industry as a conversion industry – Knowledgebase Using machines designed and built by in-house expert In Golestan province. Which is the hub of wheat crop production; it started operating with a production capacity of 80 tons per day.

Company scope

Teska Paper Processing Company is honored as one of the strategic industries of the country equipped with specialized young people with laboratory studies and research to explore new ways of producing pulp under international standards.
