Omid Jalin International Economic Village Company was founded in 1395 with initial capital of 10 million Rials. On the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the establishment of the Omid Jalin credit union A number of staff members held the founder group meeting on 08/08/24.

Due to the dissolution of the Omid Jalin credit union and its merger with Caspian Credit Institution, the union’s staff announced the demand to invest in the company’s stock to keep the name alive. After reviewing the issue by the CEO and Board of Directors, the new members are agreed to enter and the extraordinary general meeting of the company approved the issue.

Currently the international economic village Omid Jalin is divided into 4 manufacturing, commercial, service and construction groups with 14 subsidiaries and factories, 600 direct employees, nearly 2000 indirect jobs and more than 11000 shareholders from all over our beloved country.
